6904 CONSTANCE DRIVE

FULLY ACTIVE, pending release. Please call agent for details. This is a great house - don't miss out!

Welcome to this fabulous home in Loisdale Estates. The home has just been updated: new paint throughout gives a fresh look, and the family room now has beautiful LVP flooring that matches the hardwood plank in the living room. All four bedrooms have new carpeting, three still have the original wood parquet underneath. The bathrooms have been renovated, including new fixtures. All the light fixtures are new. The front door and shutters are updated, as well as the house numbers. The kitchen was updated previously with stainless appliances and solid surface counters. And a new washer/dryer has just been installed.
The extension in the back is the large family room and the fourth bedroom. The family room has a gas fireplace, a large picture window, and a door to the back patio and huge landscaped yard. There are three lovely sheds in the back, and the largest has electricity and heat.
The original carport was enclosed and converted to a workshop that will appeal to all the handy people out there! Behind that is the large storage room, which also has a second dryer.
Don't miss this house on 1/3 acre - enough for all your parties and activities.
