She knew the community where we bought extremely well, including HOA rules and regulations. She explained the process in detail and made sure we understood it too, quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Even at 10 pm at night! Areizo was incredible. This was my first time buying a home, and I had no idea what to expect. She is very knowledgeable, as are the people she recommends. The first mortgage rate lender she provided me ended up giving me a rate far below the eight other companies I contacted for competing rates. She makes herself available when you find a house you want to check out and walks me through every little detail of what to look for, not just for when you purchase, but things to note for when you intend to sell it in the future. Her focus on the customer was extraordinary. It's evident that she wants you to find the house for YOU, not just the one that will give her the biggest or quickest commission.
